Hey Boston people -- I was in the Copley store on Saturday and saw they're opening a Men's Store across the way. Still under construction but it's opening later this month, I guess. Found this article but WWD is subscription only:

No, it is going to be across from the established B&M J.Crew in the Copley Mall.

Does anybody have a 20% off coupon that they could spare/sell? I'm looking to buy one of the Belstaff bags that J. Crew offers, but can't swallow the $395 price tag.

I don't have a pic but I tried them on and they're pretty great, as slim as it gets without turning into a skinny sort of thing.

I'm looking for one as well.

Does the 20% coupon work on Belstaff bags?

Never mind. I gave J. Crew customer service a call, and they stated that 20% coupons cannot be used on collab items.

The flannels are slimmer this year. I tried on a small and I would say it is equivalent to last seasons XS flannel.

Of course they're going to tell you that. If you place your order on their website with the 20% it will apply and be shipped though, I've already done it on a couple collab items.

^ Yep. I go back and forth between this and last fall's fatigue jacket. The Millerain is a great choice for a less dressed down look. I use the fatigue jacket for kicking around, the Millerain more if I want to "look" better.

Love that Millerain. And doesn't hurt that I picked it up for $25. [IMG]

    I prefer this.
+1 except it's typical of J Crew jackets on me. The medum is too billowy. The small is too tight in the shoulders. I've also tried on the fatigue jacket, and it looked like it had just been trampled by a stampede of elephants.

+1 I do too. Also, i'm curious if JCrew will have any new leather jackets and trench coats this fall.

Ive been lookin for a drab military jacket. surplus items fit terribly. tried this on in store and medium and small fit really well.

are u generally a small or med in j crew shirts? and which fit of the jacket is better on you?

Im curious because i wear a small in j crew shirts and for the utility jacket a small is too tight.
