Just wondering what the thoughts are on french blue shirts. Back in '09 I saw a thread and they felt it was still OK. The word "classic" and "timeless" was used; however, I don't believe true french blue would be considered either.

Is it time for me get rid of my french blue shirt?

    I recently got one.

I think it may be too much for my Nordic complexion.

Yes. Jewel tones and box square shoes are the new "in" for 2013.

This question is going down better than I would've thought. Where is the fashion vs style police?

I see the color worn commonly with black. A combo I personally hate :D

It's def hard to pull off, I'd rather go light blue

I take the attitude "the heck with everyone else, I feel comfortable wearing this", but then, that's just me.

I really would like to hear what the general consensus is on this because I own a lot of formal blue shirts, especially the lighter blue colors, and if this peeves people off it would ruin my confidence!!! [IMG]

French Blue is fine only if it compliments you.

They sell a lot of it at Paulfrederick.com. Beautiful colour but the colour seems to bleach out and in the end they don't last like a white shirt for the same money.
