Italian Bespoke Shoemakers

    Who are the best Italian bespoke shoemakers and what is their starting price? I have heard Lattanzi, Scafora and Bestetti as good shoemakers. Also is their a region in Italy which is famous for its shoemakers (i.e. similar to Naples for Suits)?
