His entire wardrobe consists of two pairs of bespoke dodo leather shoes, two pocket squares made of the Shroud of Turin and Bayeaux tapestry, respectively, and a knit tie made of mammoth wool.

i dont know exactly as it kinda goes in phases month to month, but my best guess on an average year would be 5K on the low end and 7K on the high end. i need to peel back in a serious way or start making a lot more dough.

I've never checked my annual spending reports until I saw this thread..

For clothes, I'm guessing around $7k +/- few grand of my own money. I sometimes get gift cards from amex ($500 at wilkes bashford, domenico vacca, mr porter, harry winston, ferragamo etc).. so that's quite nice.

Travel on the other hand....

i found since deciding to go custom only on shirts about a year ago i have saved a ton of money. i only have bought one shirt in the past 12-18 months, and it reinforced that decision. who knows when ill buy another shirt.

I've found this to be true, too, with shirts, suits, and jackets. And I look better in my clothes. :satisfied:
