After years of sleep deprivation, I now require 9 hours a night minimum. After 2-3 nights of 7 hours or less I literally start to crack up. If I can sneak in a night or two a week of 12+ hrs, I wake up with so much energy I feel like I could do anything...

I try to get a reasonable amount of sleep as much as possible (at least 7 hours). I do find that no matter how much sleep I get I will still be somewhat tired. I guess that's why the invented caffeine.

I make sure that I sleep long enough to make sure that the voices don't keep on taunting me. [IMG]

I lay in bed around 8 hours a night or so, but I never seem to get enough sleep, I just toss and turn and apparently I talk and do things in my sleep. I really should go do some kind of sleep study, but I dunno, It's been like this for years and I can still function alright.

Eight hours or so, but the GF says I snore something awful (she wears earplugs) I always seem tired though, but sleeping more than 8 hours is something I just don't have time for.

I sleep 5-6 hours consistently and have rarely ever slept more than that. 8 hours is pretty extreme for me. Usually that much or more sleep means I'm seriously ill.

I feel much better when I get 7-8 hours a night.

Usually in bed by 10:30-11:00 and up by 6:00 a.m.

Any less and I am cranky - any more and I'm groggy all day.

The best part of waking up, is not Folgers in your cup, but knowing that Chuck Norris didn't kill you in your sleep.

I usually sleep for 8 hours just because this is the recommended amount of time. Lately tho I cant get enough sleep. I lie in bed for at least 8 hours but I cant say I sleep during the whole time. It takes me about 1 hour just to fall asleep. [IMG] lol this topic makes us all look like grannies.
