I know a couple guys here use Strava. Did anyone else get in on the free Lululemon items for running 40K or 80K over the course of a couple of weeks in January? It was a free shirt and pair of shorts ($136 value) just for running.

They didn't even check my app or badges so I could have went back the next day and got more but...you know...ethics and such.

Around 9,5 km today. New distance record but didn't feel bad at all to run some more in the end.

10 miles this morning. 1750' of vert. Almost 50 degrees, so just a base layer and t-shirt. Can't remember the last time I ran without a jacket.

3-4 km on my standard track, but there was still way too much snow.

Just a quick 2k / 1.25 miles to get myself outside again. I've been a wimp about running outside in cooler weather this past week.

5 miles this morning. Legs were a bit tired here too. But beautiful weather -- almost 50 again, so I ran in shorts.

6 miles yesterday morning. Should have been Friday, but felt crappy. Still, staying on track with my 2017 plan.

Another six miles this morning, intermittent rain. About a mile on muddy trail in Glen Canyon, 1200 feet of climb total.

    Felt like a real run!

8.2 miles last night with a lingering chest cold. The Dr. said I could run, just don't expect anything fast.

6 miles in the rain this morning. Rolled my ankle a bit on a broken curb. Didn't bother me, but now that I'm just sitting, I am, for lack of a better word, noticing it. Doesn't hurt, but...

Forgot to post this but 15,5 km on Sunday which is a new record for me. From km 10-11 on, I even started to feel better.

4 this morning because I woke up late and had somewhere to be at 9. Ankle was okay, not tender, but a little stiff.

Trail marathon with roughly 1,200 feet of gain over the race. I ran the half marathon at this same race last year and it is a decent course with 1 hill making up a lot of the gain.
