6 miles in just under 44 minutes. Felt a little dehydrated out there today, need to start drinking more water.

Where in Oregon do you live? edit: This is from a race I did two weekends ago, the Mt. Hood Scramble.

I am living in Salem right now. Nice job on the Mt. Hood Scramble, I don't think I could run a race like that without breaking something.
7.2 miles tonight in a slow 54 minutes.

Finally have internet access!!!!

Did the R&R Half Marathon in Seattle last weekend, ran it in 1:54 minutes with my injured ankle. Not too bad.

Then 3 days later went up to the San Juans and ran the Mt. Eerie trails with my brother (2 miles, 1500 ft. vert), yeah we dont have that in the Chicago area....totally fucked my ankle up on the uphill portion and burned up my quads on the insane downhill trail (very technical), then moved to the road and nearly fell flat on my face......
I will finally run again tomorrow morning here in MN and hope to begin training again.

Any one running the Northface Challenge in WI in Sept?

did 5 miles yesterday, and 6 this morning...with the temps getting ridiculous the next few days I may be at the gym lifting a bit more. I do have a roller hockey game (outdoors) tomorrow at 6:45 while the sun is still out...
