Raising three kids, one special needs; trying to get promoted and building your own menswear business keeps you busy. Sorry I've been away, but I'll try to pop in now and again, as I'm able.

    Here's this week so far.

    Good evening gents,

Late post tonight. Worn today. I do apologise if there is very little variation in my posts. I always find myself defaulting back to this grey POW and that navy DB or chocolate windowpane 3 pc.
The shirt is also actually a blue too, bloody camera..enjoy.

Stanley: you've nailed proportions really well and look much more balanced now.

@Henry Carter tie, right? I wore the same one today.

That suit fits you perfectly. So much better than some of the slightly too-tight offerings from earlier in your SF career.

I'm all for slim fits, but that waist suppression seems somewhat excessive. It looks like your head and arms have been photoshopped onto the torso of a concentration camp victim.

I'm not very satisfied; any ideas of what to wear with this red cashmere jacket ? Maybe some grey pieces would work. Don't say "Don't wear it" because I love that SC :rotflmao:

    Well, that's a challenge @Luger :)

If the jacket is in real life as bright and intense shade of red as it seems on the pictures, then I'd try wearing it with some light-colored chinos (off-white, beige, light blue). You need to keep everything else extremely toned down and basic for this to work in my opinion. And to be honest, I don't think I could personally pull of something like that. But if you love it then just keep trying, eventually you'll find a way :)

Thanks for the comment. Yes that jacket is very bright and red. I wanted to attenuate the luminosity with navy blue, but I'm not very satisfied as I said. I already tried grey, white, and light blue trousers but not perfectly. Black and red is too fashion for me. I'll keep trying and listen to your ideas guys.

I would like to agree with you that the waist suppression is somewhat excessive given the outcome of the picture. That said, the jacket sits comfortably well and I don't perceive any snug fit around my waist even if the jacket was altered at some point due to me going two sizes up. Just curious to know what others think ;)

Hey guys, sorry to ask in this thread, but the thrift is overloaded with non-clothing items.
