AS if those jeans were simple dark blue/undistressed, that would probably be my favourite fit you've ever posted.

I'll take that as a compliment. Thanks. I've been looking for a pair of jeans like what you've described. I find that most jeans (and most pants) have rises that are too low for my taste. The Levi 501 rise is too high and everything else seems to be too low. Any recs for something in between. This may not be the best place to ask, but why not.

Been busy with work, and have not had much of a chance to post around here for a while. A couple pics of a new suit.

I think this one is your outfit that I like the most so far. Great jacket - is it more relaxed than others you posted? It seems to be a little looser and lies better on you in my opinion.

It was a little cold today following the rain we've had the last couple days.. I figure it was the last time in a while I could wear some fall weather gear.. a mix of flannel, tweed, wool and cotton going on.. worn earlier today for Church..A little casual but still CM..

^ Looking great as always. One of the best uses of charcoal pants I've seen. I think the shirt and sweater colors aren't working nicely together though. I'm not sure what would have worked better. I like the sweater. I'd probably change the shirt. Maybe a brown or burgundy gingham.

Now that I look at it, I do agree with you... I dont have a brown or burgundy gingham.. you work what you have.. I do have a white/blue button down tattersall shirt that I think would have worked here..

Part of your problem is that the gingham pattern clashes with the herringbone.

Even just a white ocbd probably would have been a fine, if conservative choice.

Agreed. That would've blown the competition right out of the water.

Nice one, @Braddock - hope you don´t mind me having ripped this one off? ;-)

Nice one, @bienluienapris - the shoes are blending well in with the rest of the kit!

I disagree... the darker color would have blended in with the charcoal pants.. it would not have worked in my opinion. I do agree with Jc meyer early and would have opted for a white button down instead. Thanks for your way in though
