Would've looked a touch nicer with a dark suede shoe, in my opinion. Still really good, as is, and I love that jacket.

I'd agree. Unless you are in Italy. Then most people wear lapels with some belly. And peaks aren't uncommon.

Those are actually the first pair or Norwegian-style shoes I've liked. And I like them a lot. Details?

Love that tie. Big geometrics are great. Wish I saw them more often.

Appreciate it--I like them as well! Polo and Purple Label do them well.

    The 80s beg to differ.

In all seriousness, I quite like peaks with pinstripes. Can easily look costumey, but I think it works.

If you are supreme you can wear what you want.
You're a Harvey Specter guy so you've got to say that.

I don't mind peak lapels, it's the suit's entire fit that matters more. Most people outside of this forum can't even tell between lapel designs.

But for those inside this forum, be a little brave, they look great with the right fit.

CBD is a neutral term. By pointing out peak lapels are not CBD I am not in anyway denigrating peak lapels. I'm a fan in general and one of the few proponents of peak lapel odd jackets on this forum.

But they are too showy and attention grabbing to be conservative business dress. Which is not a bad thing.

However, as someone whose wardrobes probably lacks the necessary components of a single CBD outfit (due to the prevalence of patch pockets mostly), I am far from a CBD authority (especially as the only CBD workplace I've ever worked at was both UCBD and Asian). I don't know if @Manton ever spoke to it, but I'd also be interested in what @patrickBOOTH has to say.
