The Monday morning after the "spring forward" for DST - always a sleepy moment . . .

Last week I thrifted this Gieves & Hawkes tie for €7 - which was a very rare find here in Dublin.

(I thought about the PS - its probably not the best choice - but I didn't really have anything else. It clashed the least with the rest of the fit)

Do you mean red haired? - then the answer is no, it's brown/white - if you mean red faced, that's part of being an old fart! :nodding:

That is an art installation in the park of the Odrupgaard Art Museum where the Van Gogh/Gaugain/Bernard exhibition is presently showing.

Great find, ETB, and congrats since it's a rare find in your area. Jacket seems snug on you but the overall look is a nice one.

755 posts in? I know that she was around SW&D for a while. Is it her in the pictures, or did they think that she is pulling them from the web?

No PS is always better than a PS that doesn't work. Generally if I find myself settling when it comes to a pocket square choice, I opt to go squareless. But nice find on the tie!

Felt like a casual Monday. But the signature giant peaks remain!

Someone's gotta put their foot down and stop either the trolling or posting in the wrong section. That doesn't belong in WAYWRN just as much as this doesn't either. But I can just go ahead and post it and say that's me.

It's probably her, but she always talks about having this bespoke thing made and that bespoke thing made but all her pictures are of her face or totally SWD stuff. I think she posted the glow in the dark pants on here...

Like others have said, I don't mind if she posts at all but atleast try to meet the requirements. And if one is going to post about ordering this that and the other thing, then post some pics...

I don't think it doesn't work per se... more that a different PS would compliment it better. It might be fighting for attention in there. But at the same time, its pretty harmless in itself and works overall.

The jacket is a teeny bit snug, as TM79 pointed out - I've been having too many pizzas of late!

Oh and when I say a rare find, I mean WTF rare. There's nowhere here to thrift "name" / decent ties - I have to go to Luxeswap for that (a whole ocean away). And bidding is getting tighter and tighter over there, my Sunday nights are nail-biting! [IMG]

btw this Hirsh business is freaking me out a little.

    you know what...

I have tried to stay clear of this Hirsh situation but she really needs to stop making these types of posts.

My dudes. The conversation about trolls is always more tiresome than their posts.
