    Gee, thanks Mimo :fonz:

Light is really a precious commodity here these days, so I was forced outside today to get even a half-decent pic.

@Monkeyface fantastic tie and jackets. I really hate that Suitsupply didn't fit me well. [IMG] I tried that DB soho jacket and the shoulders doesn't look good on me. The 44 and 46 displayed dimples. :(

...because collar looks all cheap and bent up, points are short, too much tie space at the top, and appears the the placket of the body either doesn't iron down smooth anymore. please, spend the $57 on that borrelli shirt I posted or get a spread collar shirt with no tie space at top from an actual store, no thrifting from your local place!

Thanks! You might just be in between sizes. Either build up some extra muscle or lose some weight!

You're being a little tasteless here, and far less than kind.

rtc, a lot of people post a few fits, and then lurk/don't post fits for a while until they feel they've nailed things down a bit. That way, the energy that goes into posting in here can go into learning a bit and coming at things from a more-educated point of view. I've done that intermittently.

It's getting really cold in Milan, so I had to add one cashmere layer.

Yeah. That's my current view as well.

I also didn't have stays on and forgot to iron in a rush. So it's good to know the complaints are fixable.

Have a great holiday to all in the US!

Show this Oxxdord clothes sports coat a week ago (on the left side and under daylight) and it was too tight. After the coat was at the tailor, it fits very well (right side under artifical light)

I tried four patterns today, probably fail. Striped shirt would have helped maybe.

I would not say they are. I am far from the expert, but in my opinion it really depends on the texture of the shirt and the type of stripe.

I wanted to give this combo another try but now with a solid shirt. I started feeling cold and my cousin lend me a waistcoat.

I love all the pieces. I think the tie is too light. There's not enough contrast. If you keep the tie, I think a lighter pocket square would help add more contrast.

    I know the feeling. Sigh.

Your dedication in going to get a good pic far surpasses mine however.

Shirt is new (another Luxire), as are the shoes. I've been meaning to pick up a pair of dark brown oxfords, but wanted something sturdy with dainite soles, to copy with winter rain. Herring Knightsbridge was ideal, pictured below. Selling off a pair of leather-soled Lobbs that don't fit me well in order to fund the purchase, if anyone wants to buy them!
