Agreed, like in many cases, white linen would probably look a lot better there. Everything else in that is absolutely killer though.

Been complaining about this for months. Their sizing makes no sense for a retail store in the US that is now generating strong interest from non japanese customers. They need a 34.5 Sleeve length on all their slim fit shirts. 35 could work, a bit long, but whatever.

We were late for lunch, so I had zero time to mess with the balance of the camera. Anyway, my attempt at "shoulder season" (thanks for the phrase, HF).

Linen jacket with lightweight wool trousers and a wool/cotton blend tie in very autumnal colors.

    That's excellent. Well done.

Hopefully I can start posting again. In the middle of a lot right now.

Here is a good use of a bright tie and PS that perks up the total look of a coat and trouser that, on their own, are excellent. What I especially appreciate is the quality of the trouser with this casual sport coat. Just a pet peeve, but, all too often, I see really great looking sport coats paired with wrinkled chinos right out of the washing machine. Clag shows how it should be done.

I'm loving the Radiomir... 232? Where's the tie from?

    Thank you very much. I believe it's a 232 but I can't remember...

    The tie is Charvet :)

While looking up an older posting, I stumbled on this outstanding DB paired with a really sharp shirt. This is a simple, fun, clean look that I admire. I confess Mr. Kischi is a poster that I do not recognize. I would encourage him to post more often.

Back to your winning ways, clags. I don't care for the tie knot, but that's just nit picking. I can't complain about anything else.

    Thanks :)

The shirt is Tom Ford and yes - brown tie with black shoes.

Clags - have you considered a higher collarband?

Doesn't bother me, I think it is awesome. One of these days, I will score a jacket from your site...still waiting to find something that fits. 42L is hard to come by these days.
