Any outfit that qualifies for 4-pattern Bingo should be considered a fucking riot.

Its just called a collar pin, they are widely used in Boardwalk. The dress is half the reason to watch Boardwalk, I can't imagine the bill for costumes.

I do, that and my wardrobe is somewhat limited.

I'm not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing :hide:

When I go hunting I trade my yellow vest in for camo, a deer stand and a cigar. I'm a grass root bumpkin, and Lord knows I'd fall off of a damn horse.

I often wonder whose costume department would be most fascinating to explore, that of Mad Men or that of Boardwalk Empire. I've considered starting a poll. I think my vote would go to BE, but not by much.

If it's any consolation, I'm not very happy with how the shirt collar turned out either :embar: The shirt will be relegated to casual use only, from now on.

Having a quick look through this thread, I'm guessing turn ups on trousers are big in the US then. They're a bit 1990's for me. I'd best make sure I stock up on suits in the UK before I move out to Cali in a couple of months.

? Trousers come unfinished, you can put a cuff on them or not...

If trousers come cuffed, it's dead easy to remove them. If it's the other way around, there's often no enough extra material left to make a proper cuff.

Also why would you think that cuffs are more common in the US ?? :uhoh:

Still struggling with this casual thing (you'll note a lot of my tie/shirt/jacket combinations have uneven levels of formality). Formal suiting is so much simpler. Buy a suit, have it tailored by someone who knows what they are doing, wear a conservative shirt and soporific tie. But introduce jackets with patterns...scary stuff for me.

Also, the shirt is pink, not white. ADJUST YOUR DAMN MONITOR STITCHY!
