A friend has a similar pair of bright blue cotton trousers and they always look a fraction too vivid when he wears them. You've found a nice way to tone them down just a touch.

Not feeling the pants with the jacket combo Trini ... maybe its just cos i cant pull it off and i'm being salty ... lol.

Nii, this is bad ass. I am guessing you picked the brown plaid SC, right?
What are the make of the coats? They look nice.

The coats are by Cantarelli ... and you guessed right.

    This is common in Australia.

I thought it was common in most countries ... where people can afford it.

    I found the question confusing.

    Congratulations, you just got DTO'd!

    Really great.

How much does your ruck weigh?
We civilians call them packs, Rada, [IMG] and although I don't know how much mine weighs, I can guarantee it weighs less than 50 lbs. My packs used to weigh about 50 lbs. back when I was just a little backpacker, but I've been working steadily over the years to lighten my load.

    Welcome to StyleForum.
Thanks, newb. Right back atcha. [IMG]

Actually, TB, I was wondering about mid-week where you were as we hadn't heard or seen any posts for a bit. Glad to see you fitting some exercise into your summer before school starts again. [IMG]
Thanks, Tom. You've got it backwards, though. In truth, I have to exercise during the school year so that I'm fit enough to survive my rather adventurous vacations.

You look like a movie star, dawg. Nice!

To my eye, Lufty, that lovely collar cries out for a much larger knot.

Just about to go out to dinner.

For an evening engagement, I'd be tempted to swap out the white shirt for a black one. Either way, looks like you could use a set of these: http://www.wurkinstiffs.com/power-stays.html They're like Viagra for shirt collars.

Agree to disagree? I saw this in GQ a while back and have been waiting for an opportunity to wear it. I'd lose the eyeglasses, of course, but I'd keep the pose.

I once had awful constipation and used a similar pose to relieve myself. Was better dressed though.

Work. Really don't like this suit (200 bucks at Tom's in Toronto) but daytime in this heat I don't feel like anything darker, and my off-white suits would be a bit much for work, not to mention would show dirt like the devil, so this is it. Time for a shopping spree soon I guess.

I love stripes on stripes. The lapels on the vest add the perfect touch. I wish that our paths had crossed when I visited your country.
