You are looking much better, sir.
The new frames suit you perfectly.

    Nice mods, crusty!

The frames and loss of facial hair have really changed your appearance - this looks good (not that I thought the previous look didn't suit you).

The suit jacket does look a tad snug, but not beyond wearable, might be worth seeing if the button can be moved slightly (it might also open the quarters a little.

Great look all around. Fresh. Just in time for Spring. Now if only this weather would cooperate.

Good Lord, you are like a new person! I approve. Is it my imagination or is that suit slimmer in the leg than some of your others? It seems to fit you better.

CRUSTY : WOW!!! Looking good. Nice job on the tuneup.

You look much younger Crust. Anyway, I have a feeling Nii's gonna say something about the quarters of your jacket being closed, if I've got him somewhat figured out.

Duly noted, and if nii makes such observations, they would be accurate, from what my morning photos would seem to show.

My understanding is it is a Paddock model which allows for both buttons to be buttoned while wearing. Not quite certain, but I only button one anyhow.

    Yup, those are paddock jackets.

What are the chances that MW or Moores are selling such an obscure type of jacket for a suit?

First fit on here in a while. I've been hanging out with the cool kids on the otherside of the playground, and only been popping back for the odd catchup.

(sorry for the poor quality pics).

Good to see you back MOK. I've missed your posts. Your outfit looks great today.

Who are these "cool kids on the other side of the playground." Don't tell me you've been posting in SW&D...if so, I will have to go over there and kick their *sses.

Perhaps a slightly better picture today, though still not a good pose nor a full shot.

.... I was advised by a likeable (and clearly knowledgeable from the brief conversation we had) fellow who was dropping off what seemed to be Liberty tie, that I should have brightened up the look with a stronger choice of tie. Sadly, I didn't have time to discuss it further, as I was en route to an appointment. Thoughts?

I like the 3-piece and what you're wearing with it, but a stronger tie would make it "pop" a bit.

someotherstyle - Very nicely done....however, in the second picture it appears you're missing a sleeve button and your tie is doing something funky... [IMG] [IMG]

... Colours and concept seems basically sound, but I can't tell anything about execution or fit. ..
Naturally, pics were taken on the train...
    ... HELAU!! ....

    ...

    ...
Seems like you´ve lost a decent amount of weight lately...hope that´s not related to health issues?
    ...
Replace the tie by something more vivid. and i´ll be in.
    ...
Trou seem a bit of, compared to the rest of your outfit. Rest is a good start...

Hence the different person you see before you in today's posting.

    - really dig the new look too UC. frames are tres bien.
    - the suit though should go. include that in your "purge"

First fit on here in a while. I've been hanging out with the cool kids on the otherside of the playground, and only been popping back for the odd catchup.

    - look what the cat dragged in. that cream silk will excite Foo.
    - a TC, JP Hardy or Alan C post would also be in order to continue this uptick

^ Is it just me or is something seriously wrong with the shoulders on the guy on the left in ToiletDucks pic?

    [sarcasm]its called drape noob!!![/sarcasm]

    - always a fan of this suit HF. agree on the thoughts of the tie by the stranger.

What are the chances that MW or Moores are selling such an obscure type of jacket for a suit?
