Have only just seen this competition - but lucky I am already an owner of one of those gold/blue Macclesfield ties, so all good [IMG]

Just wanted to add my comments, absolutely love the ties so far (also purchased a grenadine grossa). Quality is great and they tie a perfect knot.

Posted out to a London address very quickly and nice touches with the packaging.

Thanks very much HN White - looking forward to purchasing some more ties shortly!

    T.

    Great picture Andy.

The knot should settle in by the way. The wool interlining acts like a canvas and starts to take a 'memory' over time making it easier each time you knot it.

Harry, you're killing it so far in terms of selection. I'm trying to decide what to get, but I want it all!

This beauty really stands out though:

Just a friendly reminder that free worldwide shipping on all orders will end tomorrow (Sunday) at 9pm UK time. Just send me a PM once you have ordered.

I will be posting some shots within the next week of different fabrics which will be made up into ties and available to buy at the beginning of January. Some really cool stuff coming [IMG]

Received my order on Friday. POW with red overcheck, and the "competition" brown Macclesfield.

Quality seems great. Haven't worn either of them yet, but plan to in the near future. Will post pics.

I am currently doing a small promotion across all of our printed silk ties. You can take 25% off at checkout with the code 'silkprints'.

All of the printed silks on the site are sourced from Adamley in Macclesfield and the ties themselves have been handmade, including being slipped by hand, in a small workshop in England.

For our prints we have used some different weight silks and interlinings. So you can expect from lightest to (moderately) heavier: 36oz light interlining >> 36oz medium interlining >> 50oz medium interlining.

A good opportunity to pick up some classic, versatile ties suitable for year round use:

Absolutely LOVE these...and the chancellor of the exchequer (wife) says it's a wise investment...she prefers the woven silk in the first image though.

First week of Jan will have a big delivery of new styles. Busy buying fabrics at the moment (taking requests too [IMG] green cashmere, right?)

Madder, striped grenadine, Donegal, printed wool, printed silk. Hopefully some woven silk block stripes....

Will post photos here of course.
