This picture is so bad ass!

No, Family owned Independent Insurance Agency/Brokerage. It's kind of a fucked up family situation. My Brother (owner) fired our Sister forcing Moms to quit about 2 years ago. I knew at that point nothings off the table. I'm hoping this will be a good thing since all the other drama has negatively affected the family. The new Agency that bought us is extremely sales driven and has annual sales goals that I haven't achieved in all of the 13 years working at where I'm at now so I'm a bit nervous based on that.

Sorry for the rant and thanks for the kind words everyone. :slayer: I'm gonna fuckin own the new joint thats for sure! :D

Tweedy, I like them, and I'd wear them with a variety of outfits. Maybe think of them like sleek chukkas? I would wear them with a suit or with an odd-jacket combo.

Yes, they are nice though perhaps you'd prefer an oxford given your fits?

Dude. I don't really want to spend $750. Fall drops are right around the corner and I don't want to blow all my funds. NMWA just got more of my $ too. I'm thinking I might just get those Cambridges from AFPOS....I like giving my money to good AVs.

Nah, I have enough oxfords. I want those primarily for MC casual wear.

I dont fucking recall asking what you wanted to spend, my love.

But, I do love my Cambridge boots. I like those CJs better, and they will dress up better, but I cant say boo to the Cambridge from AFPOS.

Hard to find...I'm getting them. I haven't found anything else I like as much and don't want to settle.

I ended up getting a pair of the tetburys in black calf over the Islay when I had the choice. Admittedly, the movie Skyfall did inspire me to buy them :) I do love the versatility of the tetbury though.

I don't think I'd choose the Islay over the Cambridge. I think I prefer the AS as a rugged boot. Plus, it's cheaper to my knowledge. The grain leather on the AS feels great, and is surprisingly soft.
