I am 33 years old. My shoulders probably cannot be "broadened" due to my age. But I guess I can work on getting rid of the tire.

    This weight fluctuation so bad.

    33 nice

I am gonna be 33 soon.

Your test levels are still good. Do about 1.5g/lb of protein, about 30-50g carbs and fats per day. cook your own food. workout 3-4 times per week. do hiit 3 times per week. take pics of yourself weekly.

Isn't that my wife's job? [IMG]
I gotta take me weight down to 170 lbs and have been battling this for 1 year now.
Actually, I was 173 lbs before I went on vacation and came back 185 lbs. [IMG]

It seems like many, if not most, of Vanda's silk ties are six-fold. Anyone have any idea why? Are their fabrics particularly light weight? Something else? Thanks.

    Cheers,

Yes, they are very light even though they are 6 folds. I suspect it is because they make ties in a tropical country? I don't know but they're ties are definitely light weight.

ehhhh this is kind of wrong. Unless Noodles wants to be a pro bodybuilder, this is pretty bad.

1g/lb is okay for protein. Also, unless he is cutting for a meet, why would be only do 30-50carbs? doesn't make sense. He isn't going to 6% BF, he just wants to get pear shape off.

Also, eating carbs after 6 doesn't matter. Just stick to your macros. Also, look up macros noodles if you're actually serious about this.

Honestly, if you aren't exercising, you can eat the same crap, and if you exercise seriously/learn what you're doing, you will lose weight simply by doing that. The diet/extent of dieting depends on how much weight you want to lose

I would characterize it as Gerald and Diana's philosophy about tie making. They use extremely light lining and all of the ties are untipped. Without the multiple folds, they would be pretty unsubstantial. But the final product is, as dieworkwear has described it, unique in terms of being both light and substantive while also providing a wonderful drape. I'm a fan.

    i respectfully disagree sir

he should do the above because he wants to loose weight and go from pear to triangle. noodles, or for that matter most of us, will never be 6% BF

timing does not matter. need to dial in how much carbs, fats, proteins per day is needed and eat that. adjust according to mirror

The problem is that she cooks well and I eat too much!
I was able to maintain my weight (170~lbs) by going really lite for dinner but it is hard to maintain when anything can be on the table.
When we were on our 2.5 week long vacation we ate whatever and whenever.

I QUILT SF until my body is toned, fit, or athletic and will not return until it is!
I am so sick of this dang circle of weight battle discussion. [IMG]
PS - I am probably chubby right now.

    Song of a gong again!
That chart isn't really scientific but oh well.
Yes, I am more skinny fat. I have stupid fat protruding just from my belly.

Noodles, we've gone over this a million times. Losing weight is the easiest thing there is, as all you have to do is eat a bit less than normally eat. If you don't want to work out, you don't have to. It won't make much of a difference when it comes to losing weight anyways. Your wife (apparently) makes delicious meals, so you should continue to enjoy those, but just eat a little bit less of it. Simple as that.

    Very true.
It sucks that I went within 3 lbs of my target only to be pushed back up again.
I am just sick of this cycle.
But then again, everything is up to me.
I mean we seem to talk about it every 3 months or so.

If you aren't willing to put in work, there isn't any point complaining about it. only you can help yourself

True, but then there would be one less topic to keep things going full steam ahead.

I dunno. It's alright to discuss the same thing twice, maybe three times, but it is starting to get a bit tedious. I can't be the only one who thinks that.
