So one more and good to go ?

Come on peeps this loafer ranks up there with other once in a lifetime experiences such as summiting Mt everest, skydiving and participating in the running of the bulls...

Although I've never done any of these things myself I can tell that owning this loafer would be way more exciting and fulfilling anyway!

    You in sales and marketing?

Guess not. Maybe rather than waxing lyrical about experiences unobtainable by most you might be better served by posting a picture of your loved one? Then at least you may garner some interest.

I feel your love and impatience

    Just saying....

    Steve,

What color will the lining be on the grey loafer? I am hoping it is more like the 2nd picture abd not purple like the first.

Yes! We can definitely do the 973 boots on the cuero (natural calf)
They are more of a light tanned calf (lighter than the cognac shell) but we can definitely make it work with 5 more interest!

Ah! Well if they are lighter, I might tend to lean towards the dark brown calf. Anyone else interested in a 973 calf boot?

I will go with the majority on this, but my vote is for purple or red. I have on Brown Carmina Wingtips with a purple liner and it is only visible when you put them on or take them off. Again, I will go with the majority though.

I am not prejudiced against purpler. I have it on the brown suede chukkas on the simpson last I bought recently. It is just that I would not like it against tobacco suede. I think brown or tan would work better.

I think it is less of an issue with the chukka than the loafer. Given that I plan to wear the loafer sock less and with shorts the purple would be a bit too flashy I think

Looks like majority vote is leaning towards...

Tan lining on #1 - Chukka
Brown lining for #2 - Grey loafers

I'm in for the 973 boot with perforated captoe in dark brown calf. I think I'd prefer tomir sole but could live with dainite.

@Mr. Six Alright, I'm in on the dark brown and prefer the tomir now that I've seen more pictures, but isn't a deal breaker for me either. If we get 5, majority rules decides the sole?
