    Isham Proposed GMTO

Double Leather and Dainite are both fine with me.

Just to be sure; would the toe, facing and heel be in Kudu and the rest in Cherry? Or the other way around?
And if the toe is in Kudu, would the medallion work in such rough leather? Anybody any experience?

it would be the other way around so the kudu would not mess up the medallion on the toe and it would be more of a way to add character to the already amazing vintage cherry instead of making the cherry just an accent to the kudu. It would be like this St. James but in the Walkton style with the vintage cherry and rosewood kudu.

thanks! I think it will be totally unique to anything we've ever done on here, because i don't remember us ever doing a GMTO with the Walkton and definitely by using the cherry and rosewood kudu it will be amazing.

if you want in, we can add you on the list. just repost it with you added and what you want with it.

Then we can have two set-ups: the solid Rosewood Kudu Isham (double leather sole) and the Two-tone Vintage Cherry/Rosewood Kudu Walkton (single leather sole?)

You need six in the same width your at least two away. I'd be in if it weren't for the Isham and having another in this kind of style enroute already.

I am in. E width. I would prefer a rounder toe (DG70 or MH71), but TG73 is no breaking point.

yea i know we need six and I can't count towards that, so if anyone is interested, just post that you want in or repost it and add yourself.

Are you definitely in on the Isham and out on the Walkton, or are you still open to the Walkton?

I'm in on the Isham and I doubt that I will join the Walkton. It's a bit hard to justify the Walkton when I already have the St James Kudu\Calf on the way.
