Random question about the heel cup size on G&G shoes vs. Edward Green. On the EG 82 and 888, I need an F width for my forefoot, but the the heel cup is too wide. Basically I have to settle for a loose heel in F width, or tight forefoot in E width. This case with most shoes I've tried except (sadly) the Alden Modified last. Would I have the same experience with G&G? I've tried on E width G&G's before, but my guess is that I'm not going to encounter any F widths to try on unless I order them blind on the internet.

Woo hoo! Just got a call from Dean and my Decos should be in the mail by Friday. :inlove: G&G.
Now, to convince my wife that I need a pair of Suede oxfords when Tony comes by...

I think the MH71 is my least favorite last of theirs. It is too in-between to have any character.

this is truth. not unique enough.

Personally, I find the GG06 to be the least unique last by G&G. I like it, but it's basically a standard round toe with G&G's trademark waist.

I actually like the MH71 the best of the G&G lasts; it is sleeker than the average dress shoe last but not overtly aggressive. I find it to be a little more versatile than the DG70, TG73, and Deco lasts.
