may be an inappropriate location for this BUUUTTTT . . . . headed to Reno / Lake Tahoe for work.
do us shoe nerds know of any good locations to check some things out - it's my first trip to that area.

I was blinded by the Deco Bowlly's, But the modified Wigmor boots are stunning as well.

I'm stealing this photo from Nick (as he's a better photographer than me), but these arrived a few days ago. The midnight blue is even more stunning in person.[IMG]

I was kidding of course since I've never shopped in the Tahoe/Reno area and wouldn't know where to go. I don't know if a shoe shop of SF quality exists in that area. World class skiing snowboarding though

Congrats man. Beautiful makeup. Question about the last. These are G width DG70? Did you consider F width GG06? Wonder how they would compare

Good choice. Very nice blue. It is nice to see people venturing out of normal conservative colors.

I did not consider it, but I suppose I should. I've got VERY wide feet. I've only worn these once so far, but they fit better than any new shoes I've ever had. There's probably some extra space around my ankle, but that's about it. I wonder if sizing down in a slightly wider last would make a difference. Maybe I'll try that next time.

G&G really needs to make a hand welted line like Anthony Cleverley/Cleverley Semi-bespoke...
