Title says it all, $600 shipped US and Canada, $630 shipped Europe, $640 shipped Asia. Vass calls this Bordeaux shell, similar to number 8 but has a bit more "life" in it. Comes with Vass bags and lasted trees. I've worn these about a dozen times. The condition is excellent as evidenced by the photos. There are two slight imperfections which I've tried my best to highlight: 1, the left shoe bares a slight scratch/scuff on the right inside heel. 2, The right shoe has small dark spots on the right outside heel. The leather came with the spots from Vass, it never bothered me. I attempted many macro photos to get it to even show up, it is barely noticeable except to OCD folks like me. The shoes have been polished with Saphir reno and #8 wax.

Unfortunately the size is not quite right for me. My toes still get badly chafed.

    ^Shell Alden Indys.... good choice

I much prefer them over a shell Alden captoe or plain toe as far as boots go

Thanks! I had noticed it in his signature and somehow missed the shell part! I just noticed the size first and was shocked when it was shell on top of it! While we're here, do you know anything about Vass's shell? I didn't know if it was Horween or another supplier, if not ill search more.
