LOL!!! I don't know what to say. Laugh or look away?

    http://www.filmnoirbuff.com/forum/vi....php?id=82&p=7

Looks as if the photos hosted on AK's sites have been pulled. Can't say I blame him. Who wrote the Vass construction post they are referring to?

Andrew Harris wrote it, but they seem to be referring to Gabor.

I bet the moderator forum has some good tidbits [IMG]

FWIW - The mod board is not really all that interesting. Generally more administrative discussions and stuff than any sort of tidbits about the membership.

I don't know why, but I just got this visual of the mod forum being something akin to a virtual version of King of the Hill's alleayway gatherings:

    J.: "Yep"
    Bradford: "Mmmhmm"
    Steve B.: "Yap"
    LA Guy: "MMMyep"
    Brian SD: "Hmm mhmm"
Steve B.: "I think we should make the text by "Reply to thread green"
    LA Guy: "Yep"
    Brian SD: "Green, yep"

(Yes I am at work, bored - waiting for a meeting with the developers to start.)

P.s. which of the mods is the Boomhauer of the group [IMG] ?

Forgive my ignorance, but which guy is that again?

Here in my neighborhood it's just like King of the Hill.

Except everyone sits in lawn chairs.

And there's a group of women too.

    LOL!

Boomhauer is the unintelligible one (who paradoxically seems at times to be the most normal even though I can hardly understand anything).

As you are all aware, both Vaclav and Horace have been permanently banned. There was a security glitch in the forum (since fixed) that they had been taking advantage of (if you read their posts, they hint at having private information.) Horace lied about having unauthorized access to the moderator's forum (yes, one exists) to at least one moderator when confronted. If either Horace or Vaclav had any good will whatsoever, they would have alerted the moderators, and not used the information maliciously.

I hope that this answers all your questions.

    Fok.

DAMMIT HORACE WHY DID YOU DO THAT?? I LEARNED SO MUCH FROM YOUR POSTS HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO THOSE OF US WHO LOOKED UP TO YOU???

Pipe down and go visit Devil's Island, where Horace is outdoing himself in plumbing the depths of the Trad roots.

I am sorry for my behavior last night. I had one too many before reading about this nonsense at AAAC and I guess I was a little disappointed to hear about Horace's antics as I really valued what he and Harris have done for me in the past. I don't think I will be reading any of Horace's posts on the other site. Again my apologies, this won't happen again.

Horace has now posted his side of the banning argument over there.

He was banned for posting about Trad?

What is it about this word that ruins so many lives?

Okay, I think that this has had enough air time. Thread locking in progress. This subject is now, officially, dead.
