Keep an eye out for the Snuff Austerity brogue (shoe, not boot) that Mike just confirmed for a rerun. The photos earlier on in this thread are absolutely gorgeous.
I always enjoy explaining to people that I don't yet have the boots I bought a few months back, "because they're being made for me in Spain."

Better than me. I wait till they get here, admire them, and then throw them in a closet for months so my significant other doesn't know I bought another pair of shoes. I figure in 9-10 months, I'll be able to break out the Ruby's or the Pythons and not get too much grief.

Unless of course she catches me buying something else before then.

I'd be in for the navy pythons too.

Will have to see some finished mockups of the others before I can decide on those. Looking forward to seeing the Jodhpurs as well.

As far as spectators go, lace up wingtip oxfords with brogue, brown and white calf maybe? I don't know if many people like spectators though.

Ouch. I'm young and single, so the only limits I have are dictated by my wallet.

    On the topic of spectators:

Even if we don't do monks, I would love a brown/white combo as was mentioned above by sridhar3.

Will the black calf austerity brogue boot have a grey suede neck similar to these?

Should be in our next shipment, which I'm expecting around the end of this month / beginning of next.
Absolutely, I can fire that up this week. That shoe was ace!
Oh, sorry, I left out the black boot - we'll definitely offer that one too!

Was the initial suede austerity shoe on a single leather sole? Can we do a double sole on that this round if people are interested? I do a lot of walking in the city and the single sole just doesn't feel as good as a double.

I may be interested in the austerity shoe on a double leather sole. Any interest in doing that shoe in cognac shell as well as suede?

You will be fine with the 12UK. I too wear that size and have 4 Carmina in 3 different lasts. Simpson/ runs on the narrower width and toe box through the other end of last spectrum with Robert/ Queens. Your width is slightly narrower than mine as a C, but as the Euro makers don't generally size widths as specifically as US, you have to live with the width. Remember, Sizing from a "C" to a mid width "D" in Alden and AE is only 3/16" . With Carmina, C&J, EG etc... the last truly does dictate the footbed width

Dang..the black part looks REALLY GOOD.

Also, is the burnished calf a similar hue to Saddle shell?
