    Normally I'd agree with this assesment but if there was ever a jacket that you could alter from the sleeve, its the Augusto since its shouder is constructed just like a shirt's (nothing on the inside, no grinze, etc.).

    Can anyone comment on the sizing of this parka from a few seasons back? I generally wear a 52 in tailoring (sometimes a 54) and am slim but very broad shouldered. I'm fine with wearing outerwear a bit bigger so I can layer. Would a 52 work or should I look to size up to a 54?

    Can't comment on sizing, but is anyone still selling it?

    It got snagged out of my cart during the Haberdash closing sale and I've been salty ever since.

    take 52. 50 would maybe even work but i never got to try it on so i can't comment with certainty here is a pic of me (who wears 52, with broad-ish shoulders and a slim build) trying on the 52 at haberdash in september of 2015. [IMG]

    Nope. We are retiring this style for the time being but replacing it with something I think is even better. Same silhouette and fit (belted shawl cardigan) but different knit design. The new one will we a bit more simple with an English rib body and garter stitched pockets. Basically the cardigan version of this scarf (which we will have in the same yarn):

    Does this fit anything like the Horizontal Aran Mock knit from FW16? I had a chance to wear the mock neck today, nice sweater. Color helps with the subtle Aran weave. Armholes are a little high though IME.

    Also, what is that scarf above? Does it have pockets? Can I still buy it?

    Did you get any conclusion on the fit when layering over a suit? Looking at Marcus remaining stock from AW/16 the brown Palermo looks tempting

    awesome. the classic rib knit, to me, is what i think of when i think of a shawl cardigan. i only just recently got a rib knit cardigan and i have been living in it.

    Just wanting to say, I'm shocked nearly all sizes of the emerald SC at NMWA are still available. http://www.nomanwalksalone.com/inde...erringbone-wool-cashmere-sport-coat-290g.html

    It's really, really good guys.

    If you're on the fence because you're not sure about the color IRL, the image on NMWA's site is perfect studio lighting and shows excellent detail but makes it appear lighter than it is.

    Here are some pics showing the color in different lighting situations.

    @mossrockss

    Thanks for the PSA. Thanks also for wearing my size...

    Admittedly, you wear it better than I would. (Plus I need an L, otherwise I might have beaten you to it.)

    Tried searching but couldn't find anything. Was there ever any consensus on sizing for the shearling-lined hunting jacket?

    Fits TTS for me. It's on the slim side, so I don't think you could wear it over a heavy knit.
