Christ almighty, one can't turn his back on this forum for a few hours can he?

Anyway, as some of you might know I'm very interested in a Galway make up like this:

    - A heather gorse/suede combo
    - Shearling lining
    - Veldtschoen construction (which is also to say: last 64)
    - Ridgeway soles

For the suede combo I'm thinking mocha suede will be good, but I'm open to suggestions. Here's a photo of the heather gorse next to coffee, mocha and mink suede (left to right).

If interested, please let me know. I'll send out an email to all who showed interest a couple of month ago.

    Cheers,
    SKM

Are we discussing two different boots here? I would also favor pure zug but would accept an alternate make up if need be.

Aw crap, shearling? That would put me out. I need a boot I can wear all day outdoors and in. Shearling would make them an oven indoors - and that's where most of my day is spent.

If there is enough for 15 boots. maybe two MTO streams? One shearling / zug / suede, the other all zug and no shearling?

    Yeah, is twio MTOs possible?

I'd prefer the all zug no shearling.

PM me if you are interested in an all Zug, shearling-free, veldt Galway. That is what I am primarily interested in, and would like to get a group price, if at all possible. Cheers.

Oh boy, I will not be surprised if by the end of this we all order one of each, combo and all zug leather.

I don't see any problems in two GMTOs :) However, the one I'm trying to put together will have to be stealing lined. The suede combo on the other hand can be negotiated (though I'll prefer not to [IMG]).

It certainly would be great if both options could be accommodated.

All zug would be best for me, and I really don't want shearling on this version.

In that case, I definitely want to organize an All Zug, veldt (64 last), shearling-free/unlined, ridgeway soled Galway. Anyone who is interested should PM me. There has been ample interest so far. Cheers.
