Hrmm I have a PP question. Im going to be selling something to a person within Canada and he told me that it will take sometime (about a week to a week and a half) to transfer money from his bank account to his PP account. I asked if address was verified and he said no since its not a CC payment. Should warning bells be going off?

Nope; that is the typical procedure if the person has not confirmed with a credit card. The money must actually land at Paypal from his bank account before he can purchase anything so you know the money is available and there is no chance of a CC chargeback.

Any experience fighting PP CC chargeback for SNAD? I just lost a case over buyer's remorse. The buyer made up some BS excuse to try to force a return. I won the eBay case and then he proceeded to CC chargeback. The bank obviously sided with the buyer. Now I'm out of the money and the item. Any advice?

You CANNOT win PayPal CC SNAD chargeback. The bank will almost guarantee to side with the buyer and you end up losing the money AND the item. I just learned it the hard way.
