It's all about foreplay with you, isn't it.

This is how I spend most of my time online shopping....HA. Glad I'm not the only one.

 Yes, but focusing on the self-restraint instead of the disappointment puts a more positive spin on it.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who loads up virtual shopping carts and then dumps the contents just before clicking the Complete Purchase button. While I'm shopping I'm usually just thinking about what I want, but when I get ready to pull the trigger I start thinking about what I already own. At the last second I realize that most of what's in my shopping cart mimics stuff I already have in my closet, so I abort the mission.

I'll bet anything we're all lusting after the same tie -- except for HF, of course, who already owns it.

    This one, right? http://www.drakes-london.com/sale/8cm-ties/woven-silk-linen-8cm-tie-1706

It was still available when I put it in my shopping cart yesterday, but by the time I finished browsing it was sold out. :fu:

Bastardo. I hope it goes with nothing you own and you feel obligated to sell it to me when it arrives. :D

Too funny! I wanted that tie as well but had to settle for the sky blue version.

Will is selling that tie's kissing cousin right now at A Suitable Wardrobe. His price is better than the normal Drakes price but not nearly as good as the sale price we just missed. I also don't like its stripe color quite as much as the one that got away. Such is life.

    In case anybody's interested: http://store.asuitablewardrobe.net/PinlineStripedSilkShantungandLinenNecktie.aspx

Anyone interested, I may be able to get the burgundy stripe version of the tie above (asuitable wardrobe) and some shantung ties that Spoo is talking about.
