Does "Made in Italy" matter anymore?

    I'm not the one here doing the laundry. But the housekeeper is fastidious about care instructions. If there is the least bit uncertainty, it goes by boat to a good laundry/cleaners in Victoria or Vancouver.

    Boat -- or float plane -- is the way one gets around in the San Juan Islands and between the islands and the mainland. There is no bridge to here ... or between islands.

    There tend to be weekly or bi-weekly errands to Victoria, Vancouver & Seattle ... usually via boat & car ... or boat, car, plane, and car.

    Nice looking scenery, I would not mind living there. That water has "jump in and take a dip" written all over it. Water temp probably 45 or lower :lol:

    It's cold. Certain parts of one's anatomy are prone to temporary shrinkage.
