They charge 25 dollars for the change and whatever the price differene would be (which was like 60 dollars more in my case). However, I had to give them a new card since my old card expired. I gave them my debit card info. Instead of extending the dates, the dumbass at the agency applied me for a refund to my debit account. Well I told this to the agency and they keep on telling me taht it takes up to a week tos how up on the card. Well it hasnt been a week, however the card company is telling me that they cant credit it since I never purchased it on that card. This is being a real pain in the ass and the agency is just being stubborn. Its not a small travel agency either. STA travel...

    anyone have any advice?
