I dunno, I don't think all those blocks could hold back water. And besides, does it ever flood in a place like Albuquerque?

Season 5 a + b was given a 16 episode order instead of the usual 13 to give them enough time to wrap everything up and give an even 8 and 8 split.

Wow, how did I miss that? For some reason I've been operating under the premise there was only four eps left.

You have a truly unique and insightful take on the show. Your analysis is both profound and spot on.:sarcasm:

Jesse drinking coffee from the DEA cup.

The blocks don't hold the water, I think they act more like a filter for debris. In the dessert southwest powerful flash flooding is fairly common.

Did anyone else notice the vehicle pull up to the curb as if to watch Walt's house as soon as Hank left with Jesse in his car? Who else thinks it's Lydia's new crew?

I liked how right after Jesse phones Walt, a.k.a. "asshole," to say he's coming for him the bell tolls 12 times (it's noon). The tolling bell permeates the rest of the Plaza scene and when Hank picks Jesse up. Walt then phones Todd as he has another job for his uncle. Ask not for whom the bell tolls....

    HEY STITCH!

That was Walt pulling up and he stopped when he saw saul's car, then went around the back of the house. It was a flash to what was happening with Jesse before Walt showed up to the house and to show that Walt barely missed seeing Jesse and Hank leave.

    classic.

    also classic.

    lol, sup piob!

yeah, that phone call to todd was imo walt seemingly deciding jesse has to head to belize. id like to see if he sticks with that.
    --

i thought this last episode was skylers true "breaking bad" moment. "sure, lets just kill jesse. he is in our way and we have got this far. whats one more body?" she has jumped the shark into evil-ville imo. and the best part is, she still doesnt seem to give a shit about walt. she is just about herself, and walt is who she is stuck with at the moment.

She made that calculation a long time ago when she realized Walt had her trapped. After all the money laundering, the dead bodies, honestly what's one more body? She was spot on as Walt was picking a really shitty time to be sentimental.
