 Out and about, mostly lurking.

I was surprised at how much free time I had, once I got off SF. But since the holidays are approaching, I figured I had time to kill. ;-)

Great lists today. I'd bid on the Purdey gilet, but it's the first time a see a reputable seller in Turkey selling English shooting / hunting stuff.

The photos are mine. I think he purchased them from me a while ago.

First time I've seen a pair of Cliff Roberts Shoes on the bay

I've bought two from him before. one blue paisley and the other red floral pattern. Kent Wang rolled them for $20 each. they came out fantastic.

Was going to buy these Sid Mashburn loafers but just a touch small on the length for me. Under 3hrs left. The length is 11.75". The width is 4.1" (widest point) if anyone is interested.

Someone's cleaning out their Gucci 9D shoes, unsure if they're Tom Ford era, but some do look quite attractive.

You're going to need a proxy then. The seller says, "Not available to the United States. I only ship to the EU countries!"

A lot of international sellers i've dealt with will ship international even if their auction says they don't if you message them and simply explain you understand the extra shipping costs and don't have a problem paying it. A lot of times you are still coming ahead of the US ebay prices.

I just purchased a pair of Church's cap-toe brogues, they say "Export Grade" in the insole? Does anyone know how this grade differs from the other Church's grades? Thanks in advance.

For whatever reason, I have had more sellers than not from the UK that won't ship to the US.
