No one who is as judgmental as rambo is going to put himself out there, now is he? [IMG]

LOL mistakes happen. [IMG] Thought I would try and get an honest shot from him. I truthfully would not have fried him. Just wanted a peek at the perfect kitchen.

I personally really like the white kitchen you posted above - with the mods I mentioned (mostly less Chinese armoire plus SZ fridge instead). Pretty close to a perfect kitchen IMO (also pretty much the same as our kitchen to be fair)

I'd still go with the kitchen I posted earlier despite my general dislike for island stove tops.

Agreed. I like it. We did white cabinets too.

I would like to get some ops on this kitchen. I think it is very cool but want feedback. Feel free to be picky. I wont give you a price as shown so dont ask. I am looking for feedback on just the LOOK alone. [IMG]
Looks very cheap and American, when ever I watch an American.
How about this with a little stainless, red paint, marble and wenge? [IMG]
The color and overall look makes it look very cheap
I really like this combo of the black laquer and the teak [IMG]
Reminds me of a cheap poorly made versions of a Boffi kitchen.

I'm sure none of them are really that cheap.

The Siematic in particular does not give me a cheap vibe at all. Maybe because I'm not American?

^he wanted comments based on the pictures and look alone, price and quality doesn't always match, I know of a bunch of furniture and clothing firms that charges way above what their product is worth, just because they can and I'm sure you do as well. I like stuff like this Sorry in advance for the huge pictures[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

These are not full kitchens, are they? They seem to be the counter/island sections of a kitchen. Where are the fridge, oven(s), etc...?

    Hard to compare.

Inside the wall cabinets, it's actually very smart, when you see it in irl.

They put ovens inside a wooden cabinet? Sounds very... smart indeed. [IMG]

non of those kitchens are wood, they are aluminium with wood laminate or glass fronts, and people put stoves inside and inbetwwen wooden cabinets, so I don't really see the problem.

I honestly do not understand where fridge and ovens are. So if you have any pictures or diagrams explaining that, it would be great. Otherwise, what you're showing here is simply the base cabinet unit, not a whole kitchen. It's very cool but it doesn't help us understand how that kitchen actually works.

    This thing, right?

That design would get old after about 1 week. Maybe less.

Looks Smallbone of Devizes to me. In any event - not cheap.

let me re-awaken my notion of witty concept but poor user design. I see it in those kitchens.

That's definitely not a kitchen for someone that cooks. Almost no space. Looks like lego.

Also completely uninspiring to me... I wouldn't want to cook there.

A friend of mine brought one of these lines over from Italy some years ago. He thought, when speaking honestly, that they were basically for a big room in which one would entertain, serve drinks, maybe hors d'ouvres, but not really a kitchen.
