I've heard very good things about eharmony from some of the women I used to work with.

I suspect certain websites with domains in the Slavic states might bode well.

    Or something Japanese.

Seriously? Well, isn't that sweet!! I've been off the market for a while. But back in the day, I used matchmaker.com. Not even sure if they're still around. But in any case, they had sub-fora for "specialty" demographics, such as Christianconnection, which I used, and met a lot of nice guys. They also had a jewishconnection, catholicconnection, gayandlesbianconnection, silvermatch, etc.

I'm sure there are a lot of others out there now. The key is to find one with a huge membership, especially in your region. Then make sure it has a great query and internal mail system.

    Good luck.

Your sense of irony is a bit subtle for most.

    Tears of the Virgin.

    Painted on black velvet?

    Just curious.

    Finding a virgin in Tokyo could prove a challenge . . .
. . . unless you're not particular about looks or age.

Do you have to be looking to get married for them to take you?

Do they carry lie detectors? If not that's a pointless question.

Out of curiosity, do you hold women to higher standards than yourself?

Don't be a fucking idiot. Obviously, anyone can lie about anything. But just as obviously, the site has specific criteria about the kind of people they accept, and intention to marry may well be one of them.

Silvermatch being a "polite" term for secondchildhoodconnection?

I think it is eharmony that will not allow "seperated" individuals to join. Match.com and others don't seem to mind.
