42 is not that uncommon... we are talking about a US42 not an EU42 right?

The Handy Dandy Standard Size Conversion Table:

    EU XS = EU 42 = JP XS = JP 0 = US XXS = US 32
    EU S = EU 44 = JP S = JP 1 = US XS = US 34
    EU M = EU 46 = JP M = JP 2 = US S = US 36
    EU L = EU 48 = JP L = JP 3 = US M = US 38
    EU XL = EU 50 = JP XL = JP 4 = US L = US 40
    EU XXL = EU 52 = JP XXL = JP 5 = US XL = US 42

That's useful, where did you find that?

Also a eu48 is a large? That's not correct at all

Depends on the region. We are fat here in the US.

Carol EU 42 is kinda like a slim 44, at least for leathers IMHO.

I guess CCP went crazy with color 12 on the recent batch. Few of the stockists have a variety of jackets in that color.

Damn took 2 years to get another US stock list, I can only imagine they are asking for crazy cash versus euro prices.

I was there recently. CCP is basically the only clothing they have at that store. SA had been breathing down my neck through the whole store so I didn't give it more than a cursory glance.
