Brunello Cucinelli 100% Cotton suit with three roll to two button front, working cuff buttons, and double vent jacket tagged 56 Euro or 46 US but fits closer to 42 or 44. The jacket is unstructured with a shoulder lining only. The sleeves are soft and fit close. The measurements indicate this could fit someone in the 42R to 44R range. I am a 42R but the sleeves were too long and the shoulder a little wide. The soft shoulder seems to make the fit broader.

This suit comes with flat front pants with no cuff. There is about 2" to let out in the waist and 2" to lengthen the pant legs.

This suit is in excellent pre worn condition.

    Shoulder to shoulder: 19.75"
    Chest Circumference: 44"
Sleeve length to shoulder seam: 26.5"
    Waist Circumference: 41.5"
    Length: 31.5"

Waist: 37.5" (2.25" to let out)
    Hip: 43"
    Rise: 11"
    Inseam: 29.75"
    Knee Opening: 10"
Leg Opening: 8.5" (2" to let out)
