Hi guys... purchased a pair of BB Peal 10D captoe online brand new in box and while one shoe fits normal for a 10D the other shoe fits and measures like a 10B (narrow). They both measure the exact same length, but off in width of the insole and fit much tighter in general. In your estimation, how common is this type of thing? Thanks for any insight.

Maybe return/exchange for a different pair?

You can expect variability with soles (even 1/8") since it depends on how close they finish the welt. As mentioned above, exchange if they don't fit.

I appreciate the "return/exchange" idea. Perhaps I'll do just that.

I have owned over 5 Peals (AS & C&J) and never had the problem of one shoe being a different fit compared to the other; never had this problems from any of my shoes actually.

That's what I thought. That is my experience too. Very peculiar.
