    No? I'm far from an expert, but my opnion is that short sleeve shirts belong on a beach or a motorboat... :) With an unbuttoned collar.

    No tie should ever accompany a short sleeved shirt.

    Short sleeve shirt and tie? If you want to complete the college football coach look, then add a ballcap and you are there. A bowtie and a short sleeve shirt? Only if you are a male supermodel and getting paid to wear it.
