Several times now I have examined Wayne Edwards' collection of Gravati, Barrett, Moreschi, and Lindfordt. They also display two EG models. I have to say, none of these Italian brands come within hailing distance of Alfred Sargent for example, at least as represented by the models I saw. Their last shapes were elegant but everything else about them screamed "cheap." The two EG models displayed are lackluster, though the prices are standard, not inflated.

You're welcome to your opinion, and I don't know what Wayne Edwards stocks in these brands. However, no Gravati shoe that I've ever seen could be considered cheap-looking, and at the price, I'd much rather have a Gravati shoe than an Alfred Sargent shoe. Moreschi is often more, ah, taste-challenged, but they usually turn out a quality product.

I knew my remarks would lure you out of hiding Jcusey. In any event, I am sticking to my guns.
