Looks like 1.5" to me. Pretty typical size for more rugged casual belts.

Does anyone know where I can get a Scott and Charters Navy or Tartan Green Shawl Cardigan in S(38) or even XS(36)? Online stockists seem slim, I'm open to phone order as well. Thanks for any info from my SF mates.

Great point regarding the width. So my question...can you tell me some good sources where I can find dozens of belts that look similar? :]

It's just an ordinary, casual, leather belt. I suspect I could go to the local shopping mall (Towson Town Center) and find half a dozen belts (probably more) reasonably similar to the one in question.

I tell you what, go to the following page over at the L.L. Bean website. Bean always has a good selection of casual leather belts. http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/502855?page=mens-belts&nav=ln-596

How do I determine if I need to wear a cummerbund?

I bought this Luxire tuxedo shirt and the shot they used for the sample shows the guy sans cummerbund.

You should wear either a vest or a cummerbund.

Also: The guy is wearing a cummerbund, it's just riding down too low in the 2nd photo (without jacket).

I assume the picture is intended to sell the shirt. And the reasoning in positioning the cummerbund way low is that if you want to sell the shirt, you've got to let people see the shirt. Not the cummerbund.

FWIW, over the past several years of attending black tie events, I've seen vests outnumber cummerbunds by a wide margin. Not saying vests are better, just that they currently appear to be far more popular than are cummerbunds.

    Hello Gents,
I do hate to start a new thread but would like to request some assistance. A friend's wedding is coming up and the groom wants to wear a Navy suit. I recommended burgundy shoes but can't seem to find any good pics to properly illustrate how well the combination works.
Does anyone have good pics of this combo? Thanks in advance.

Hey @Subutai , that combination is one of the best. Here is a good example. You can find tons in Google images

I don't venture on this side of the forum ever but would like some advice and guidance on tips on what tie colors go well with suit colors. Any threads/reads/dicussion about suit/tie combo/synergy would be helpful that I can read on.
Are there do/donts when selecting a specific combo of suit/tie?

I am clueless when it comes to CM stuff

If you are supreme you can wear what you want.
I alter my suit sleeves on my wrist watch arm shorter than the other one so it doesn't cause an imbalance of shirt cuff lengths due to the watch.
Why do people not do this to avoid the scenario in the picture below?

Can anyone tell me if these are considered a point collar or spread? Or is it a big point collar?

Which one is the closest looking collar to the above photos?

I would say that both characters' collars are more "classic" than anything else. They are certainly not spread (Harvey wears those), more likely they are "spread".

As per choices provided - I think the best overall option would be the "Cut Away Medium".

And if I may - please refrain from ever considering the two-button collars and nasty "Suits" tie knots (half and full Windsors) and leave them to super villains.

Anyone know who does a decent selection of different colours of these "Button Front Vest", preferably not too expensive. (this is Brooks Brothers from Nordstrom)

Cotton or wool can both be considered. Looking for one in my size in brown and a moss or forest green.

    I'd call that semi-spread.

Here's a random one -- does anyone know by chance whether Borrelli makes their sweaters or simply sells sweaters under the Borrelli name? Or know how I might find out?
