Hello I'd appreciate some help in looking over the fit of several parkas/jackets. Also recommendations for brands I should have a look at would be much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance!

I am 22 years old studying in university, 177cm tall, 31/32 waist (pants in pictures are 34 inseam), 38 inch chest (i have gone up 1 inch since starting the gym a month back hence the sizes are medium for all the coats i expect to fill them out/layer them with sweaters).

I have never owned a parka/winter jacket before and got by by layering a hoodie under a leather jacket (Scottish Winter of about -3 to 5C). As you can see from the pictures especially number 1 i have longer legs (considering my pants sit an inch or less so above the end of the sweater).

I seemed to like the blue fishtail parka (thought it too long though) and the one by Minimum but your input would be great. Would a Carhartt Anchorage look better?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give a rundown on sizing for EG Bedfords and Andovers (wool versions, if it makes a difference). From what I've read those with larger upper bodies should size up one, but I'm looking for confirmation for additional peace of mind. Thanks!

Size up if your chest/back is wide for your height. FW versions are usually somewhat roomier in width which is helpful; not sure I can fit into any SS versions that are right for my height.

Jeans fitting question. I'm talking about straight or slimmer cuts, not relaxed fit or baggy jeans. Should you be able to squat freely in the jeans if they really fit you?

Some of them seem OK when he has his arms down by his sides, #3 & #4 for example. I would probably go for #4 myself but I always seem to end up wearing navy hooded jackets so take that with a grain of salt.

Also, I like the changing-room-hall-of-mirrors effect in some of those shots.

I'm looking for a pair of vintage/distressed but stylish high quality leather shoes to pair with jeans. Looking for something made with quality leather and with impeccable craftsmanship. Don't want chunky workman boots like 1000 Mile. Looking for something on the sophisticated side. Any suggestions?

I have some Blundstone boots which I've practically lived in for 3 months. Bought here in Italy so not cheap.

Sister is going to Oz and am thinking about asking her to pick some up. Am wondering if the typical OZ web prices are similar to OZ shop prices?

here for example, come in around AU$90 -100 for dress boots. Other models are less.

Here various models start at AU$80 and go up to 138.

Would I expect to pay more or less the same in shops in main cities?

    thanks

Anyone have experience with Sunspel's t-shirts? Are they worth it at retail? Do they hold up well over time? And also, with regard to sizing, should I just order my normal t-shirt size, or what? Thanks.

What's your opinion on chelsea boots with cuban heels? Do you think it's hard to pull it off unless you look like a rock star?
