Anyone know where I can find a jacket similar to this, but longer at the hip and in the price range of 400$?

Up your budget just a bit and get something better like Rancourt or Quoddy (and there are others made in US). Weejuns are in your price range but look pastic in person.

FTFY. Weejuns just come with a crappy shine job. Strip it with rubbing alcohol and recondition and it looks fine.

Colors: Looking for a resource to find what colors best fit my skin tone.

Also looking for a how-to on "color coordination". A chart, guide, whatever.

    Any tips or links?

Don't know what the SF approval level is for Sebago, but I have a pair of Sebago penny loafers and I think they look pretty good and have held up really well for about 4 or 5 years now.

Sorry - they are very cheaply made and even the styling/proportions looked off to me so I could not recommend in good conscience for even someone on a budget. I had some Sebago boat shoes for years and they were okay - better than new Sperrys. Worth checking out.

Thoughts on shirt fit? I'm looking for a slim fit that won't billow too much when washed but I'm concerned about shrinking with washing.
