    Looking for sizing advice on:

    --Duke
    --Franciscan
    --Norwich OR Lubbock

Wearing an 8E 5-last, 8.5E 8-last and 511-last, and a super-tight toebox 97 last Shell Westchester with heel pads cuz it was humungous in back

I'm in Canada, so the whole try-and-return thing is too expensive/hassle-laden

    Gentlemen?

@Neo1 this should be right up your alley amigo :)

I'm sorry, but I have never even tried on a pair of Fort Collins.

It's the exact same shoe, except Flatiron has a medallion.

I have been going back and forth on the dark brown PAs since they're at $257.90 due to the Nordstrom sale. I know I'm going to need to add something of that color to my rotation, but I am hesitant because I don't think it needs to be as conservative as the Park Avenue. The shoe will mostly be worn with trousers and a dress shirt and occasionally with suits. Maybe the Jefferson or McAllister is a more appropriate choice?

YMMV - getting merlot mcallisters AND merlot wide basic belt "price matched" at $257.90 and w/e the nordstrom sale price is for wide basic, respectively at an AE store.

According to the Nordstrom website, the McAllister is only on sale at $257.90 in black and walnut. The bourbon and merlot versions are still at $385.

hence my use of quotation marks and "YMMV" b/c I know stores are capable of giving you that price even though it isn't on sale at nordstrom.

Any pics of the Lexington in the wild?

As above, I'm inclined to wear derbies with suit and the Lexington seems a perfect pair, theoretically. Unfortunately, AES stock photos are the wrong side of butt ugly (maybe that's a bit harsh but they aren't exactly fetching photos). I assume the fault is with AEs photographer, as usual, as opposed to their design department?

LOL. I bet Pat Morita could put a hell of a shine on a shoe.

Not stock but a Lexington MTO

I did want a more casual derby thus I decided to add the eyelets and also use a grain leather. The stock versions I think are formal enough for suits but the open lacing makes them perfect for trousers/jacket.

The chocolate piping is pretty exquisite too. Great choice on the raw eyelets there.

its on the new 1943 last. I went up a half size from what I've taken in the 5 last, and I have to say it may be the best fitting shoe that I own.

looks great @garland is it a new leather or the standard? I know they have been introducing new leathers so was curious..Also do you know what the leather is on the new Normandy boot that is at Nordstrom? looks like a waxed flesh leather but can not tell from pics
