I have a width sizing question about the Player's shoe. I have the Strands in 8,which fit me perfectly. I also have the park ave in same size, and they're slightly too narrow in the toe. I recently bought the players shoe from Nordstroms in 8d, but the toe on the left shoe is way too tight! I thought these shoes were all on the same last, but the Players is obviously much more narrow. Nordstroms has this shoe in EEE width, and I was wondering how much wider this width is from the D. Any advice would be appreciated!

players shoe is on a different last, but can't remember which now. Its definitely a narrower shoe.

I would not go from a D to an EEE. That is a big difference. Maybe go up to an 8.5D?

Each shoes may fit differently, even if on the same last. The Strand and Park Ave are also on the same last, but as you mentioned both of those shoes fit you slightly differently. The Player's Shoe is on the 2 last, which runs narrow. If you have the option to try it on first, that's the way to go. If Nordstroms has the EEE width in stock locally, go try it on.

I was recently at their store in San Francisco, near Union Square.
While I tried on some shoes I talked to the salesman about the Mora and about how they should bring it back.
Curiously, he mentioned they're coming up with a new double monk on an entirely new last.
I know this sounds farfetched but he used the in-store computer to show me some pictures of the new double monk, curiously called "Neumora" and other shoes on the so called 333 Last.

He told me the double monk and other shoes on the new last should be coming out by february 2012.

I've searched google and SF and couldn't find any pictures.
    Can anyone confirm this information?

    Thanks.

Or, you can just order the Mora :D It's available in the custom section of the AE website, you have to tab over to the second page of model options, It's there promise. I ordered some in navy myself, It's disappointing that your sales associate knew nothing about it...

Can anyone comment on the quality/fit of the AE Richmond? Grabbed a pair off eBay for a pretty good price, but I'm having a bit of difficulty in finding information on it (as I keep getting links to richmond, Virginia lol). From the pics I saw on Ebay it looked like a really nice shoe.

Seriously where are the Dalton reports and pictures? It has been a while since I bought AE, but the Dalton looks pretty killer in both browns and I'd like to see more.

There 1 last is their boot last -- so AE 11 on the 1 last roughly equals Alden 10.5 on the Barrie? Any input boot people?
