i will alert them of this so they may know your feelings.

yes. i agree to that. good beard analysis on the doods i left out.

ummm, not sure the asian fellows could really grow much of a beard. no hate, cuz tho guys are pitching lights the eff out.

bogaertz also looks like he could barely put up much of a beard either.

Do these high baseball IQ players show great grit and determination? Do they hustle? Are they deceptively athletic? Are they adept at coming off screens and knocking down the open jumper?

(Oops, I might have accidentally put in a white nba player code phrase somewhere)

All of that is true of the high-IQ baseball player (except the part about coming off screens, but they can probably do that in the appropriate context as well.) In addition, they are scrappy.

They are also understand their roles and would make excellent coaches someday.

Sorry, St Lou. You can't keep stranding your scoring chances in an elimination game. Boston just showed you how it's done

I love it when IBBs blow up. Ortiz ended up scoring both times.

3rd WS in 10 years! I literally cried during the 2003 ALCS when Boone hit that homer off Wakefield. Since then, life as a Red Sox fan has been amazing.

As much as I enjoy the objective aspect of baseball this hurts my soul. I am going to need to see Eli crush Tom Brady's dreams again to make up for it.

The Cardinals clearly played better baseball than the Red Sox throughout the series, but that does not always translate to the scoreboard.

Fuck you, Jonny Gomes. You have a low WAR because you are a not very good player. The team won in spite of you in the lineup you philistine.

Man, I could get going on the whole Boston strong business but I won't because people will find it offensive.

by all means, speak your mind.

you know, at first i was disappointed with the boston win, but after watching the post game interviews i thought it really was only right that a team of real baseball guys win the world series.
