    3rd it!

Also, have you considered filtering by tie width?

i think all the ties within each brand are the same width, and the different brands are different widths. so sorting by brand should accomplish that. ill let greg confirm, but i think thats correct.

Pretty sure this helps performance of the site. Doesn't bother me at all. One option is for folks to open tabs to look at the gear details instead of clicking through and using 'back'. (Didn't know people still did that..)

i open tabs like that to view items, but the site does tend to run a little slow for me. not horrible, but some lag in load time of pictures and stuff.

Website runs slow on my computer. Annoying for the impatient.

Also, I second/third/fourth the suggestion that all items show up instead of having to wait.

didn't know people would open 20 tabs and use more clicks, guess you like creating more work for yourself

i have 20 SF tabs up at once many times a day.

also, with online shopping i like to keep items up in tabs so i can quickly click back and forth from tab to tab and decide what i like best.

I hear you guys, but the items appear 30 at a time so really, how fast do you need to scroll through those ties? I picked personally every single one of those ties and I want you guys to at least spend 1/10th of a second looking at them! ;)

i dont mind that they dont all appear at once, i just think it would be cool if they loaded a little faster. even the first few lines are a little slow loading for me.

I also wish the site was faster but it's all a question of trade-offs : at a certain budget, you can either have a lot of content (high res images for a lot of products, maker info, etc...) or have a more bare, faster-loading page like so many of those e-shops expecting you to purchase an item with 1 or 2 photos.

    We chose the former.

If we gain more scale and are able to afford faster, bigger and more expensive hosting servers, we will. Them we'll have all the content we believe our users deserve, and more speed.

Tried searching but couldn't find an answer - what is the thigh measurement on the Big John Regular Straight Cut denim? I can't seem to find any decent pair of jeans that isn't cut extremely small (for me) in the thigh/butt area. I need something like a 34" waist (usually a size 33 or even 32 or smaller depending on the brand), at least 12.75" or 13" thigh (most brands I've tried are between 11.5" and 12" or maybe 12.25", which is way too tight on me), and between a 8.25" and 8.5" leg opening. Hoping that the regular straight cut on the Big John isn't as slim as everything else I've tried.
