It will be much cheaper if you win the $1,000 sweepstakes! Just think about all your friends that may be interested in what we're offering and refer them - you will increase your chances to win :)

We are not doing a lot of advertising because we want to keep our prices as fair as possible. So word of mouth is the only way we'll make ourselves known.

I have a feeling you will have a good costumer base on this thread alone.

I'm seeing things I didn't know existed, but now desperately need...

The interactive photo is cool and the suits look fantastic. Will trousers be flat front or pleated?

+1 - I am in need of one as well, and don't have time to go bespoke. Some pics would be great.

All flat fronts. Rather slim cut. Curtained waistband, 4 point closure, buttoned fly.

    Thanks. Got it and replied

Single breasted, peaked lapels, 1 button, unvented jacket. Black Barathea in 11oz from Drapers's formal book. Thick satin lapels. I considered various configurations, but Gennaro really wanted to go w peaked lapels and satin, the most classic combo. And after seeing the result, I can tell he was right. The cut and shape of the lapels is very va-va-voom (is that the technical tailoring term? ;)) and that would have been at odds with a stealthy grosgrain. The roll is huge and voluminous, the whole coat is hand-stitched and even the satin band on the side of the trousers leg is hand stitched. It's an impressive piece - I don't have many of those though.

I like all tuxedos, but all the ones I own have a shawl lapel as well. I like the louchness of the shawl lapel. The peaked lapel is great, and it does great things for most guys' shoulders, mine included. Glad you went with the satin as well. I have both, and the satin is definitely a bit more rich looking, in a good way. Grosgrain, on the other hand, goes really well against unconventional, textured materials. I have one winter weight jacket that is made of a heavy, plush, flannel, that works amazingly well with a contrasting grosgrain collar.

Hope to see some really cool stuff, Greg.

Working towards opening the site int he first week of October. I will keep you guys well informed of course, as we may encounter some small delays.

:D Thanks guys. Just took a few minutes. It's too bad the code doesn't seem to work to embed on SF - it would be a lot more effective than having to click out of the forum to hover / use

Thanks Fok. Don't get me wrong, I love shawl collar tuxes myself. But I thought that if I had to have just one, it should be the classic SBPL one, especially since Gennaro Formosa was very much rooting for that one (Formosa's DB peaked lapels are legendary)
