I made smoked salmon knishes. They went over quite well.

We made paella. People often say that bacon makes everything taste good - try that statement with chorizo... Love that stuff.

Only problem with paella is that the pan/dish looks like it was napalmed and dipped in glue then soot afterwards. That thing is impossible to clean
